The government funder requires you to be approved first before they can give you the funds
and this is not in alignment with our franchising process as we require you to have a minimum
of R1 million unencumbered funds before you can start the process. Therefore it is critical that
you have liquid funds available which are unencumbered funds of your own.
Unencumbered funds are required to be shown at the start of your application process in the form of a 3-month stamped bank statement.
Standalone stores:
Standalone store sizes range from 120 sqm to 200 sqm. The capital required for a standalone store ranges from +-R1.8 million to +-R2.5 million, excluding VAT.
Additional Capital Needed:
R85 000,00 Excluding VAT - (Franchise Joining Fees) payable once a Franchise Agreement is signed.
R450 000,00 - Operating costs/Extras (Landlord Deposits and Rental, Training disbursement, Opening stock as required).
Royalties:
5% - Monthly Royalties of Net Sales.
2% - Marketing Fee.
How to Join our Franchise system:
Complete the Application form and submit. Pay the R2 875-00 application fee (Non-refundable). Unencumbered funds required at the start of the application process: R1 million.
It is important for prospective Franchise Partners to join the franchise system in order to be able to be afforded the opportunity of site allocation through our site tender process.
5% – Royalty Fee, based on your monthly Total Net Sales.
2% – Marketing Fee.

Franchise Joining Fees & Design and Project management fees are payable once a site is
allocated to you and your Lease Agreement is signed.
6 Weeks compulsory training for Operating Partner
4 Weeks compulsory training for Non-Active Franchise Partner
- Submit your application pack and supporting documents.
- First round interview.
- Second round interview if applicable.
- Site allocation process.
- Management approval.
- All sites offered to us by Landlords, or found by our own team, are offered out on a tender basis, and will be awarded to the best pre-approved franchise partner.
- You should also scout for your own sites and present site to us for evaluation once you are approved as a Franchise Partner.
